Which corporate change management training formats exist?
Four formats cover most team needs: a private live cohort, bulk self-paced licences, a language-specific course for French or Spanish speakers, and an instructor-led course at the AI-focused LCeX-Master™ level. Leanova prices each one publicly (provider pages, 7 October 2026).
This site follows Leanova Academy, an official ACMP® QEP™ founded by Marc-André Rochefort, so the figures below start from its pages. Leanova is a training provider: it delivers the 21 hours that the ACMP asks of CCMP candidates and awards certificates of completion. The CCMP® itself is awarded by the ACMP, after an application and an exam taken by each person.
| Format | Group size | Price on 7 October 2026 | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| CCMP® all-in-one bundle (live plus self-paced) | Up to 10 | US$7,950 per private cohort | Private live sessions and self-paced course |
| Bulk self-paced licences | 5 to 10 | 20 % off | 12-month access, English and French |
| Bulk self-paced licences | 11 to 20 | 30 % off | 12-month access, English and French |
| Bulk self-paced licences | Above 20 | 40 % off | 12-month access, English and French |
| LCeX-Master™ instructor-led | Private cohort | US$995, on request | Live online, 10 QEP hours |
The private cohort: US$7,950 for up to 10 people
Leanova’s all-in-one CCMP® bundle for organisations costs US$7,950 for a private cohort of up to 10 people on 7 October 2026, with live sessions and the self-paced course combined (Leanova page for organisations).
With a full cohort that comes to roughly US$795 a head, our own arithmetic. The same 21-hour live course for an individual was US$795 on that date, so the private format brings no per-head discount; what you buy is a closed group and its own schedule. A private cohort makes sense when a team wants to discuss its own change programme in the sessions. Our page on private cohort pricing goes through what is included and how to size the group.
Bulk licences: what 5, 11 or 21 seats change
Leanova’s bulk licences cut the price by 20 percent for 5 to 10 participants, 30 percent for 11 to 20, and 40 percent above 20, with 12-month access in English and French on 7 October 2026.
The discount applies to the self-paced format, which suits dispersed teams in several time zones. Participants study at their own pace, and nobody has to fly or block three consecutive days. Details and current tiers sit on Leanova’s bulk pricing page. The practical question is where the break points fall: a team of 10 pays at the 20 percent tier, and adding an eleventh person moves the whole group to 30 percent. Our review of bulk licences for change management teams works through that arithmetic.
For French-speaking teams, Leanova also lists a French-language course for companies, and a Spanish CCMP course exists for Spanish-speaking staff.
How do Prosci and ATD compare for a team?
Prosci’s Change Management Certification Program costs US$4,500 online per person and ATD’s Change Management Certificate US$2,125 for members or US$2,425 for non-members, both on 7 October 2026. Neither leads to the CCMP.
The Prosci programme runs three days, or three to five depending on format, with about eight hours a day online plus self-study, and it grants the title Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Prosci is a methodology and training company and does not award the CCMP. ATD’s certificate is 14 hours, in person or live online, and counts as 14 ACMP instructional hours, which leaves seven more to reach the 21 (ATD). We did not read team prices for either organisation.
Which one fits depends on the aim, and the two can coexist in one company. If the company wants a common methodology and toolset, a Prosci programme does that. If individuals are to pursue the ACMP credential, a QEP™ course of 21 hours is the direct route. Our guide to live online change management training compares the live options.
A team programme: the Standard, 21 hours, an experience log and renewal
A team programme should include a common vocabulary taken from the Standard, enough hours for the CCMP route (21), a way to log experience hours, and a plan for PDUs after certification.
- The Standard for Change Management© as the course backbone, so that every member uses the same terms.
- The 21 training hours, with an instructor present, in the classroom or online (ACMP training FAQ).
- A shared template to log experience hours from the first project onward, because the CCMP asks for 4,200 or 7,000 hours.
- A renewal plan: the CCMP lasts three years and renews with 60 PDUs, and QEP™ courses count among the eligible activities.
Budget the ACMP fees apart from the course. On 7 October 2026 the CCMP application was US$595 for members and US$795 for non-members, exam included, and each person applies individually. An employer may treat this fee as a separate decision from the course.
Leanova’s affiliate programme for organisations
Leanova Academy runs an affiliate programme that pays 20 percent commission on every course sale, with a 60-day cookie, as published on 7 October 2026 (Leanova affiliate registration).
It is reserved for existing customers in good standing and for organisations that submitted an application and received written approval from Leanova. There is no sign-up fee, and acceptance of the programme’s terms is required. Payment method, frequency and minimum payout are not published. This is a Leanova offer, described here as a fact about the provider; our page on the Leanova affiliate programme gives the full conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Are there group discounts for organisations certifying several employees?
Yes. On 7 October 2026 Leanova Academy publishes bulk licences for its self-paced courses: 20 % off for 5 to 10 participants, 30 % for 11 to 20, 40 % above 20, with 12-month access. For a live format, a private cohort of up to ten people costs US$7,950. The ACMP application fee (US$595 or US$795) stays individual.
What do typical corporate bulk-pricing tiers look like?
Published tiers are rare in this field. Leanova Academy’s are public: 20 %, 30 % and 40 % by team size for self-paced licences, and a flat US$7,950 for a private live cohort of up to ten (7 October 2026). Prosci and ATD quote team prices on request. Compare the price per seat including the credential fee, the access period and the languages available.
How do I request a bulk enrolment discount?
For Leanova Academy, the corporate page lists the tiers and a request form; the discount applies to self-paced licences, and French and Spanish versions exist for the CCMP course. For a private live cohort, ask for dates and the language of the sessions. Plan the ACMP fees separately for each participant who will apply.
