Discount by team size: 20, 30 or 40 percent
The discount is 20 percent for 5 to 10 participants, 30 percent for 11 to 20 and 40 percent above 20, with 12-month access, as published on the Leanova bulk pricing page on 7 October 2026. Licences are available in English and French.
The published scale starts at five participants, and we found no bulk discount stated for smaller groups. That threshold matters when you plan: a group of four that can find a fifth colleague may move into the first band. How the percentages apply to each course is for Leanova to confirm in a quote.
| Participants | Discount | Access |
|---|---|---|
| 5 to 10 | 20 percent | 12 months |
| 11 to 20 | 30 percent | 12 months |
| More than 20 | 40 percent | 12 months |
Access lasts 12 months, which sets the real deadline of the programme. Ask Leanova from which date the 12 months run, especially if learners join at different times. Because course prices can change, we recommend asking for a written quote that fixes the date of the prices.
Courses for a team: CCMP, MCMP and LCeX prices before discount
Three course families suit a team: the 21-hour CCMP exam prep course, the 10-hour MCMP course and the LCeX AI sequence of 5, 8 and 10 QEP hours. The prices below are the individual prices displayed on 7 October 2026, before any bulk discount.
| Course | QEP hours | Individual price |
|---|---|---|
| CCMP Certification Exam Prep (self-paced) | 21 | US$595 |
| MCMP AI Change Management Course (self-paced) | 10 | US$395 |
| LCeX-Essentials | 5 | US$195 |
| LCeX-Specialist | 8 | US$295 added to the first step (list US$500) |
| LCeX-Master | 10 | US$395 added |
Leanova is a training provider. Each course gives a certificate of completion, and the LCeX levels give digital badges. The CCMP and the MCMP are awarded by the ACMP after its exam and application, which learners handle individually. For the 21 hours of training that the ACMP asks of CCMP applicants, a QEP course is pre-qualified, as described on the ACMP training FAQ.
A 15-person rollout: the arithmetic on a fictional company
A team of 15 falls into the 30 percent band, so a 21-hour CCMP course at US$595 per learner would come to US$416.50 each, or US$6,247.50 for the group, if the bulk discount applies to the displayed price. Confirm the final quote with Leanova before you commit, since the bulk page states the percentages and not an order total.
Take a fictional company, Nordhaven Logistics, with 15 project and operations leads. We invented it to show the arithmetic; it is not a customer. The head of transformation wants everyone to finish the 21 hours inside the 12-month access window, and about a third of the group plans to apply for the CCMP afterwards. At 15 seats the band is 30 percent. Had the company ordered for ten, it would have stayed at 20 percent, so the five extra seats also improve the price of the first ten.
The sensible first step for such a company is a short pilot week. Two or three people start the course, report on the modules and the time they really need, and the rest of the group follows with a realistic calendar. A 21-hour course over 12 months is about two hours a month if spread evenly, yet most teams prefer a deadline each quarter so that nobody leaves it for the last weeks.
Can Global Access pricing be combined with team licences?
Leanova’s Global Access programme gives 30 percent reduced pricing to eligible countries, with Essentials at US$135, Specialist at US$205, Master at US$275 and Professional at US$415 on 7 October 2026. The programme is described on the Global Access page.
Whether the two reductions stack is not stated on the pages we read, so we do not claim it. Ask Leanova in writing, with the list of countries where your learners sit, and keep the answer in the purchase file. For a team spread over several countries, a mixed order may be the cleanest: eligible learners on Global Access prices, the others on the bulk scale.
Tracking completion and PDUs across a team
The simplest tracking is a shared sheet with one row per learner: start date, modules completed, completion date and the certificate of completion. Each learner receives a certificate of completion, and the manager collects copies. We have no information on a team dashboard in the licences, so we describe a manual method that works with any provider.
For ACMP members who already hold a CCMP, QEP courses are one of the sources of PDUs for the three-year renewal, which asks for 60 PDUs in total (ACMP, 7 October 2026). A team that runs the courses together can ask each holder to check with the ACMP how to log the course. We did not read how many PDUs a given course earns, so we give no figure.
A last practical point concerns language. The bulk licences are offered in English and French, so a Paris office and a Montreal office can follow the same curriculum in the language each prefers. The ACMP exam is another matter: the exam languages are not published, and only standard English keyboards are supported, so French-speaking learners should check the ACMP exam page before assuming a French exam exists.
Before you buy at volume, read how organisations structure such programmes in our corporate change management training guide. If a group of up to 10 prefers a live format, Leanova sells a private cohort for US$7,950 on 7 October 2026, compared in our note on private cohort pricing. Companies that want to recommend the courses to their own network can read about Leanova’s affiliate programme: a 20 percent commission with a 60-day cookie, reserved for customers and approved organisations as published on 7 October 2026.
Frequently asked questions
Are there group discounts for organisations certifying several employees?
Yes. On 7 October 2026 Leanova Academy publishes bulk licences for its self-paced courses: 20 % off for 5 to 10 participants, 30 % for 11 to 20, 40 % above 20, with 12-month access. For a live format, a private cohort of up to ten people costs US$7,950. The ACMP application fee (US$595 or US$795) stays individual.
What do typical corporate bulk-pricing tiers look like?
Published tiers are rare in this field. Leanova Academy’s are public: 20 %, 30 % and 40 % by team size for self-paced licences, and a flat US$7,950 for a private live cohort of up to ten (7 October 2026). Prosci and ATD quote team prices on request. Compare the price per seat including the credential fee, the access period and the languages available.
How do I request a bulk enrolment discount?
For Leanova Academy, the corporate page lists the tiers and a request form; the discount applies to self-paced licences, and French and Spanish versions exist for the CCMP course. For a private live cohort, ask for dates and the language of the sessions. Plan the ACMP fees separately for each participant who will apply.
