LCeX pathway: four levels from US$195 to US$595, and which one to take first
Sommaire6 sections
The four LCeX levels: hours, codes and prices
LCeX™ is Leanova Academy’s pathway of courses on change management and AI, with four levels: Essentials at 5 QEP hours, Specialist at 8, Master at 10 and Professional at 21. Prices below were displayed on 7 October 2026, in US dollars.
Leanova is an official ACMP® QEP™ and this site follows Leanova Academy, so we describe the pathway as a provider’s catalogue. The levels are described on the LCeX pathway page. Their titles use the word certification, but each one gives a certificate of completion, and the digital badge named LCeX-P™ goes with the Professional level. None of them is an ACMP credential.
| Level | QEP hours | Course code | Price on 7 October 2026 |

| LCeX-Specialist™, Applied AI Change Management Certification | 8 | Q000656 | +US$295 as an upgrade (list US$500) |
| LCeX-Master™ | 10 | Q000655 | +US$395 as an upgrade |
| LCeX-Professional™, Change Management Professional Certification Online | 21 | Q000607 | US$595 (list US$995) |
The upgrade path from Essentials to Master
You start with LCeX-Essentials at US$195, then add Specialist for US$295 and Master for US$395, which brings a full climb to US$885 on 7 October 2026.
That total is our own addition of the three displayed prices: 195 plus 295 plus 395. The LCeX-Specialist upgrade is shown against a list price of US$500, and the LCeX-Master course has 10 QEP hours. We do not add the hours of the three levels together: the pathway page gives each level its own count and describes a nested model, where each level includes the content of the previous ones.
Two variants exist. The Specialist level is offered with French audio and subtitles at US$195 (list US$495, a pre-launch price), with the materials in English. Master also has an instructor-led edition, LCeX-Master live online, at US$995 for a private cohort on request.
The ACMP QEP registry lists LCeX-Essentials (5 hours) and LCeX-Specialist (8 hours) as QEP Self-Paced/Blended courses. Both have 22 modules in Leanova’s Job Instruction format, with a “Top 3 Mistakes & Tips” section in each module, and each ends with a final assessment and a Leanova Academy Certificate of Completion. The Specialist uses the “NovaLocal Bank” immersive simulation. Both entries list German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin and Japanese among the course languages in the ACMP registry (seen 7 October 2026).
LCeX-Professional: the 21-hour level
LCeX-Professional is the 21-hour level: a self-paced course of 45 modules with 45 job instructions, one year of access and no prerequisite, at US$595 on 7 October 2026 (list US$995).
Its QEP code is Q000607, the same code Leanova lists for its CCMP exam preparation course, and it ends with a certificate of completion and the LCeX-P™ digital badge. The Professional level is the 21-hour “CCMP Exam Mastery” course of the ACMP registry, listed in three settings (Classroom, Live Online and Self-Paced/Blended), with a final course exam at a 70 % pass mark that is Leanova’s own, not the ACMP’s. You can read the full outline on the LCeX-Professional course page. We would point it out to a reader with no change management experience yet, since nothing is required before enrolling, and who wants a structured start before accumulating the experience hours the ACMP asks for.
Do LCeX hours count for the CCMP and the MCMP?
A QEP course is pre-qualified for the ACMP training requirement, so the 21 QEP hours of LCeX-Professional match the 21 hours the CCMP asks for. The 10 hours of Master match the 10 the MCMP asks for.
The ACMP rules sit on two pages. The CCMP eligibility page requires 21 hours of training aligned with the Standard for Change Management© within the past seven years, plus 4,200 hours of experience with a four-year degree, or 7,000 hours with secondary education. The MCMP page asks for an active CCMP, 8,400 hours of experience, 10 hours of training different from the CCMP training, and at least 6 hours of mentorship, all within the ten years before applying. Experience hours are counted separately from training hours, and the exam comes at the end of the application. Whether a particular course meets your case remains the ACMP’s call, so confirm it with the ACMP before you pay.
Which LCeX level should you take first?
For someone new to the field, LCeX-Essentials at US$195 is the lowest-cost entry; for someone heading to the CCMP with a QEP course already planned, LCeX-Professional is the level that carries the 21 hours.
Our preference follows from the numbers. Essentials has 5 QEP hours and Professional has 21, so Essentials alone leaves a gap of 16 hours against the CCMP requirement, and the upgrade route to Master reaches US$885 for levels whose hours we have not summed. The Professional course costs US$595 on its own. A reader whose goal is the ACMP credential therefore has little reason to climb the pathway level by level, while a reader whose goal is to understand how AI changes change management work may well want the first three levels.
Price differences by country matter too. With Global Access, Professional falls from US$595 to US$415, a saving of US$180 on 7 October 2026, and Essentials from US$195 to US$135. Leanova does not list the eligible countries in the figures we used, so read its Global Access page before counting on the discount. Group buyers have a separate scale: Leanova’s corporate licences give 20 % off for 5 to 10 participants, 30 % for 11 to 20 and 40 % above 20, with 12 months of access.
The pathway among AI change management options
The LCeX pathway is one provider’s answer to a new topic; other courses and tools exist, and the first step is to be clear about what AI change management means.
Our explainer on what AI change management is defines the practice, and the comparison of AI change management certifications sets the LCeX levels beside other programmes. If you wonder whether a tool subscription could do the same job as a course, our article on AI adoption tools versus certification takes that question on directly. For the MCMP itself, the standalone MCMP™ AI Change Management Course is a Leanova course of 10 self-paced QEP hours (code Q000655) at US$395 on 7 October 2026. It is the same QEP course as LCeX-Master: the ACMP registry titles it “For MCMP™ Candidates Advancing Toward Global Distinction (10-Hour): Master (LCeX-M™)”, with two settings, Self-Paced/Blended and Live Online, 22 deliverables from the NovaLocal Bank simulation, a certificate and the post-nominal LCeX-M™ (seen on 7 October 2026). A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to Leanova courses, and the Trustpilot score was 4.7 out of 5 from 39 reviews on 7 October 2026.
