ACMP Standard project self-check

The 33 processes and their official English names come from the ACMP Standard for Change Management, 2nd edition (2025), section 5; the descriptions here are paraphrased and the deliverables are the outputs the Standard names for each process. For every process you choose done, partly, not yet or not applicable. A group score is the share of answered processes that are done (done = 1, partly = 0.5, not yet = 0), with not applicable and unanswered processes left out. The Standard does not impose an order, and not every process applies to every project: use the tool to review your project, not to follow a sequence. It is a review aid, not a conformity assessment: the ACMP does not certify the conformity of a project to the Standard. Nothing you tick is sent or stored.
